Event Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the annual events calendar alongside the sales and marketing teams.

• Assist in selecting which trade fairs and conferences to participate in.

• Plan and oversee the entire presence at trade fairs and conferences, including booth reservations, design, logistics, materials, merchandise, travel arrangements, and staffing.

• Manage Archlet Elevate, encompassing concept development, agenda creation, speaker coordination, venue selection, catering, partner relations, and on-site execution.

• Organize customer dinners, roundtable discussions, and webinars.

• Oversee Archlet's event budget.

• Collaborate with the sales team on pre-event outreach, on-site meetings, and follow-up on leads.

• Coordinate event communications with the marketing team, including invitations, landing pages, social media promotions, and post-event content creation.

• Monitor and report on event performance metrics.

• Develop templates, checklists, and processes to ensure events are repeatable and scalable.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a comparable event management position, preferably in B2B, SaaS, an agency, or a dynamic environment.

• Proven experience in organizing trade fair appearances and/or executing events from inception to completion.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to remain composed under pressure.

• Strong project management abilities and budgeting expertise.

• Proficient in HubSpot or a similar CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and LLMs.

• Proactive, dependable, and eager to take on responsibilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to travel and occasionally work outside of standard hours for events.

• Interest in B2B marketing and a curiosity about procurement and the growth of SaaS companies.
