
Senior Manager, Enterprise Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Transformation Leads to strategize, coordinate, and implement AHEAD's enterprise initiatives (Big Bets)
• Examine data, generate insights, and align stakeholders with project objectives
• Assist in everyday program and project management, including monitoring milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items
• Create and uphold transformation plans that align with initiative objectives and timelines
• Recognize, escalate, and aid in the resolution of risks, issues, and interdependencies across various workstreams
• Develop status updates, executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate progress, impact, and KPIs to leadership
• Coordinate stakeholders across functions and align priorities
• Facilitate change management strategies, stakeholder communications, and enablement plans
• Assist with post-acquisition integration planning and execution when necessary
• Promote the adoption of standardized transformation practices and tools throughout the Enterprise Transformation Office
• Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Provide flexible assistance across multiple Transformation Leads and initiatives
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Over 3 years of experience in enterprise transformation, program/project management, strategy consulting, or similar roles within complex organizations
• Proficient program/project management skills
• Capability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple workstreams concurrently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Skill in converting ambiguous priorities into structured plans and actionable steps
• Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies and tools
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present updates to senior leaders
• Ability to build trust and influence across functions without direct authority
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in dynamic, ambiguous environments
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through
• Commitment to ethical standards and the protection of sensitive information
• Experience in supporting corporate development activities, including integration planning and execution (preferred)
• Project management or change management certifications such as PMP or Prosci (preferred)
