This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the Maintenance & Operations organization across various supported platforms and applications.
• Oversee Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Management, and Production Support functions.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met.
• Manage large-scale migration, modernization, and transformation programs from initial planning to steady-state support.
• Provide strategic leadership for engineering teams involved in product development, system enhancements, platform modernization, testing, and operational support.
• Allocate resources effectively across programs and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders, clients, vendors, and technology teams to ensure alignment and success.
• Promote continuous improvement through best practices, emerging technologies, automation, and process optimization.
• Develop governance frameworks, SOPs, runbooks, support models, engineering standards, compliance controls, and risk management processes.
• Offer technical leadership for solution design, troubleshooting, performance optimization, root cause analysis, and complex issue resolution.
• Oversee departmental budgets, financial planning, vendor relationships, workforce planning, and resource forecasting.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
• Keep abreast of technology trends, business demands, customer needs, and market developments.
• Present executive-level reports on operational health, program status, engineering effectiveness, financial performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.
• 15+ years of experience in IT.
• 8+ years in engineering, operations, and technology leadership positions.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise production support teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and operational governance.
• Experience in supporting large-scale migration, business transformation, and technology modernization projects.
• Successful management of cross-functional teams, vendors, and key stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills in highly regulated environments.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule to meet business needs and travel as necessary.
• Presence on video during all interviews and the first week of orientation is required.
