
Senior Manager, Engagement and Ownership Culture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement Cotiviti’s strategic vision for comprehensive employee ownership via the Prosperiti program.
• Foster employee engagement across the enterprise and promote Cotiviti’s ownership mentality.
• Create and execute initiatives supporting the four pillars of Prosperiti: Own It, Track It, Boost It, and Dream It.
• Manage the Boost It Idea Challenge, which includes technology enhancements, improved reporting, and coordination of reviewers.
• Organize and deliver Prosperiti training and education for new hires, managers, and employees.
• Prepare materials for board and executive discussions while translating program results into strategic insights.
• Lead storytelling initiatives, recognition programs, and company-wide engagement campaigns.
• Plan, implement, and assess enterprise-wide engagement surveys, such as Glint.
• Identify trends and opportunities in engagement, synthesize findings, and facilitate enterprise-level action planning.
• Design and conduct team effectiveness workshops and interventions.
• Collaborate with business and HR leaders to enhance engagement and improve team dynamics.
• Define and monitor KPIs for Prosperiti and engagement initiatives.
• Work in partnership with HR, Communications, Marketing, and business leaders.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to Prosperiti and engagement.
• Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data and convey actionable insights.
• Assess program strategies and suggest improvements.
• Complete special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, employee engagement, organizational development, or a similar field.
• In-depth knowledge of ownership culture principles, employee engagement strategies, and performance enhancement techniques.
• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide programs and initiatives.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent leadership, influencing, communication, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and executive teams.
• Strong business insight along with familiarity with HR practices and policies, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Ability to work independently and establish trusted relationships across different functions and organizational levels.
• Flexibility to collaborate with global team members across various time zones.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Must have a secure, dedicated workspace.
• Must possess high-speed internet access and maintain a home office setup.
