Senior Manager, eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy across multiple channels to enhance revenue growth, optimize margins, and recover inventory in both D2C and marketplace platforms.

• Oversee the pricing strategy, markdown schedule, and promotional alignment throughout the various stages of the inventory lifecycle.

• Manage the allocation of inventory and analyze lifecycle performance across different channels.

• Develop strategies for aging mitigation and recovery tailored by category, client, and age bucket.

• Act as a senior client partner, providing performance insights, scalable solutions, and recommendations for growth.

• Lead, cultivate, and expand a high-performing eCommerce team with well-defined KPIs, accountability measures, and succession planning.

• Take ownership of financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, ROI monitoring, and margin management.

• Deliver regular performance reports to leadership.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Finance, Client Solutions, and Operations to enhance systems, drive automation, and implement scalable growth initiatives.

• Directly supervise one or more employees, including handling performance management, coaching, development, and daily oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8+ years of progressive experience in eCommerce.

• Proven experience managing multi-channel marketplace environments with an annual GMV of at least $60M.

• Strong expertise in pricing strategy and inventory lifecycle management.

• Demonstrated experience in team leadership.

• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.

• Excellent communication skills across various functions.

• Occasional travel may be necessary for meetings, training sessions, or business requirements (up to 10%).
