Senior Manager, Drug Rebate Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategic vision and execution of Medicaid Drug Rebate solutions.

• Directly or indirectly manage a team of over 5 members involved in development, testing, implementation support, and drug rebate operations.

• Oversee drug rebate activities, including issue resolution, quality assurance, performance monitoring, and change requests.

• Cultivate client relationships through daily operations, handling change requests, managing special projects, and overseeing system implementations.

• Provide oversight and management for rebate teams and their associated tasks.

• Create test documentation and supervise testing plans for new developments and change requests.

• Prepare responses for RFI/RFP bids and deliver demonstrations and presentations of Gainwell’s Drug Rebate solution.

• Supervise and assist with the Design, Development, and Implementations (DDIs) of drug rebate systems and enhancements.

• Contribute to the strategic direction and planning for Drug Rebate, including resource allocation and forecasting.

• Monitor staff productivity and performance metrics.

• Support new initiatives, changes in federal programs, and enhancements specific to states.

• Promote innovation and continuous improvement in product strategy, operational processes, and delivery capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Medicaid Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI), or Change Requests, along with solution enhancement projects.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing team members, either directly or indirectly.

• Proven experience in capturing, documenting, and managing client requirements alongside complex business processes.

• Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships for change requests, special projects, and system implementations.

• Experience in preparing and overseeing testing plans for drug rebate Design, Development, and Implementations (DDIs) and system enhancements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation, testing, and defect resolution.
