This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and enhancement of Domestic E2E strategic and operational plans in alignment with the priorities of the American Bible Society.
• Provide high-level guidance on gospel engagement, public Scripture reading, Bible distribution, and pathways into Christian community.
• Establish program direction, set priorities, define success metrics, and create multi-year growth strategies in collaboration with the Senior Director.
• Co-manage the budget planning process, financial forecasting, and overall financial oversight.
• Contribute to revenue strategy, explore diverse funding models, develop fundraising proposals, donor materials, and initiate strategic funding efforts.
• Identify, onboard, and oversee impactful partnerships with churches, denominations, and national ministries.
• Act as a senior representative and subject matter expert with domestic partners and stakeholders.
• Manage strategic communications, partner calls, reports, impact narratives, and internal updates.
• Assist with the annual E2E Global Partners Summit and oversee or facilitate partner training sessions.
• Represent the American Bible Society and E2E at various ministry conferences.
• Ensure domestic partners collect and report data using E2E frameworks.
• Assess program effectiveness, outcomes, and learning through Ministry Insights.
• Highlight life-change stories and performance indicators for stakeholder reporting and decision-making purposes.
• Mentor program staff and provide leadership to cross-functional teams.
• Engage in broader End-to-End and American Bible Society leadership initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of End-to-End.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A graduate degree and/or ministerial credentials are preferred.
• Typically requires 8+ years of experience in leadership within faith-based nonprofits.
• Proven success in program strategy, partnership development, and funding initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong capabilities in strategic planning, organization, and execution.
• Financial expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning.
• Proficient in MS365 and associated collaboration tools.
• Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and active participation in a Christian church.
• Dedication to spiritual growth and participation in organizational prayer, devotional times, and events.
• Christian maturity, ethical conduct, and alignment with the mission, vision, values, Standards of Conduct, and Affirmation of Biblical Community of the American Bible Society.
• Ability to support organizational biblical and religious objectives and engage in regular spiritual activities related to work.
• Willingness to work extended hours during travel or peak deliverable periods.
• Capability to maintain an organized and professional remote work environment.
• Candidates must successfully pass a background check.

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is necessary.
