This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete execution of direct mail and shared mail campaigns, encompassing planning, segmentation, creative coordination, proofing, list management, production, and deployment.
• Create and manage monthly campaign calendars, timelines, budgets, and production workflows.
• Analyze response rates, marketing cost ratio (MCR), bookable demand, and other channel KPIs to uncover opportunities and suggest modifications.
• Supervise email marketing initiatives and ensure consistency between print and digital communications.
• Avoid audience overlap, conflicting messages, and timing discrepancies across channels.
• Collaborate with Field Operations and cross-functional teams to handle requests, set expectations, and mitigate execution risks.
• Manage relationships with agencies and vendors, including negotiating pricing, production timelines, quality standards, and accountability for performance.
• Predict and monitor channel budgets, authorize invoices, and proactively tackle potential excesses or performance issues.
• Uphold structured intake, documentation, approval, and governance processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Email Marketing Manager while providing clear priorities and performance evaluations.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance planning, messaging, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing direct mail, shared mail, and performance-based marketing campaigns, ideally within a multi-location or service-oriented organization.
• Practical experience overseeing end-to-end campaign production cycles, including creative review, proofing, list management, vendor coordination, and deployment.
• Strong grasp of direct mail segmentation, personalization, testing, response tracking, and postal optimization.
• Experience in utilizing campaign performance data to inform targeting, testing, and tactical decisions.
• Proven track record in managing budgets, invoices, vendor pricing, and cost controls.
• Experience in leading or managing individual contributors, focusing on prioritization, coaching, and providing performance feedback.
• Familiarity with email marketing or marketing automation platforms such as Braze.
• Capability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders while ensuring accuracy, organization, and thorough documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and use a computer for extended durations.
• Strong communication skills through video, phone, and written channels.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings, team events, or company activities.
