This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +8 more locations.
• Spearhead the strategy for digital adoption and systems enablement across Medidata, Certinia, LMS, Workday, Percipio, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams Rooms, Zoom, and other designated systems.
• Supervise two Organizational Learning Advisors in Enterprise Systems, encompassing coaching, feedback, goal setting, performance management, development planning, capacity planning, workload prioritization, and quality oversight.
• Develop standards, templates, and operational practices for system learning.
• Manage learning and enablement plans for implementations, releases, enhancements, new module training, refresher training, remediation, and adoption initiatives.
• Direct the creation of role-based learning journeys, job aids, quick reference guides, instructor-led and virtual sessions, videos, eLearning, office hours, workshops, embedded guidance, and performance support resources.
• Act as the senior learning advisor and escalation point for training, communication, process clarification, system support, access guidance, remediation, or integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with EPMO, IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, Project Operations, HRIS, QA/compliance, system owners, process owners, SMEs, Corporate Communications, instructional designers, LMS administrators, and business leaders.
• Ensure comprehensive enablement for Medidata, Certinia, corporate platforms, collaboration tools, and additional business systems.
• Release a recurring Digital Adoption & Enablement scorecard that includes insights on adoption, utilization trends, learning completion, proficiency indicators, support trends, remediation themes, business value narratives, and suggested actions.
• Align learning plans with business-owned communications.
• Represent GOLD in cross-functional discussions.
• Maintain governance artifacts, templates, communication assets, release materials, adoption toolkits, measurement strategies, embedded guidance standards, and AI-enabled content methods.
• Utilize feedback from learners, SMEs, helpdesk personnel, system owners, and stakeholders to enhance training, performance support, adoption, and remediation processes.
• Fulfill other assigned duties.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Communications, Information Technology, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in learning, enterprise systems enablement, digital adoption, change management, workforce enablement, systems training, clinical operations training, or enterprise application training.
• Previous experience in L&D people management, including coaching, goal setting, performance management, workload prioritization, capacity planning, team development, and quality oversight.
• Proven track record in leading or overseeing systems training and adoption across Medidata, Certinia/CAIR, Salesforce-based tools, LMS, Workday, Percipio, Microsoft 365, Copilot, collaboration tools, ERP, HCM, CRM, or other global corporate systems.
• Experience in partnership with system owners, SMEs, EPMO, IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, Project Operations, process owners, QA/compliance, HRIS, Corporate Communications, LMS administrators, and business leaders.
• Knowledge of regulated or validated systems training, including GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, audit readiness, role-based access, controlled content, completion records, release impacts, and compliance-ready documentation.
• Capability to define, monitor, and act on learning and adoption metrics.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, prioritization, delegation, performance management, and team development skills.
• Proficient in instructional design, facilitation, consulting, systems training, digital adoption, and change management.
• Ability to translate complex system workflows, compliance expectations, financial or operational processes, and role-based tasks into straightforward learning and performance support.
• Competence in managing a portfolio of enterprise systems adoption initiatives across platforms, stakeholders, priorities, release timelines, regions, and functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting abilities in a matrixed, global environment.
• Analytical mindset.
• Exceptional written, verbal, visual, and executive communication skills.
• High digital fluency across enterprise platforms, LMS tools, content authoring tools, analytics, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Familiarity with the regulatory, quality, and operational aspects of clinical research is an advantage.
• Preferred certifications include Prosci, CCMP, ATD CPLP/CPTD, Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist, Microsoft 365 Certified, instructional design, or related enterprise systems/change certifications.
