This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of strategic projects, product introductions, and business priorities from the planning stage through to implementation.
• Take ownership of project results, create clear action plans, manage potential risks, and ensure successful achievement of business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering alignment, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring accountability among stakeholders.
• Establish trusted relationships with leaders and partners to influence results and achieve objectives without direct authority.
• Anticipate challenges, eliminate obstacles, and independently resolve issues to maintain progress on key initiatives.
• Spearhead customer engagement programs, advisory councils, and strategic partnership initiatives.
• Create executive-level communications, progress reports, and recommendations for leadership.
• Identify and implement process enhancements that improve execution, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Function as a trusted leader among Dealer Solutions and PTA stakeholders, influencing priorities and ensuring accountability for execution.
• 5-7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, product launches, consulting, or cross-functional leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex initiatives within a matrixed environment.
• Strong executive presence along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• A history of building trust and credibility across teams and various leadership levels.
• Experience in the automotive sector, dealer technology, SaaS, or B2B technology environments.
• Background in leading customer-facing programs, advisory boards, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience assisting with go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Familiarity with principles of operational excellence and change management.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is advantageous.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and achieving results in a matrixed environment may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where employment is being offered.
