This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main Deal Desk collaborator for North America Sales, overseeing complex and strategic transactions.
• Provide guidance on deal structuring, pricing, commercial terms, negotiations, and financial assessments.
• Facilitate cross-functional deal execution involving Sales, Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Product, Professional Services, Security, and Operations.
• Address issues and guarantee timely approvals.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and readiness for booking, billing, revenue recognition, and delivery requirements.
• Supervise contract lifecycle management, including documentation, approvals, execution, and alignment with CRM/CPQ systems and sanctioned deal structures.
• Enhance processes, controls, reporting, and automation.
• Analyze deal trends to improve commercial effectiveness and scalability.
• Offer coaching, cross-regional support, and leadership in a dynamic global setting.
• Assist with quarter-end and multi-time-zone coverage.
• Contribute to the establishment of the global Deal Desk operating model, incorporating intake, governance, service standards, and execution practices.
• Provide support for APAC transactions as necessary.
• Lead regional Deal Desk resources as the function expands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in Deal Desk, commercial finance, revenue operations, sales operations, pricing, or a related area.
• Demonstrated experience in structuring and executing intricate enterprise software, SaaS, or technology transactions.
• Strong commercial, financial, and contractual expertise, encompassing pricing, profitability, revenue recognition, and non-standard deal analysis.
• Experience collaborating across functions to drive deal execution, process enhancements, governance, and approval workflows.
• Proficient in Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Capability to influence decisions in a fast-paced environment.
