This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Spearhead the identification, assessment, and acquisition of external data sources for mobile identity solutions and phone intelligence.
• Recognize market opportunities and forge data partnerships that enhance product differentiation and facilitate growth.
• Establish and maintain relationships with data suppliers throughout the acquisition process.
• Collaborate with teams across product, analytics, legal, compliance, finance, and technology.
• Manage supplier due diligence, data evaluations, and onboarding processes.
• Negotiate commercial terms and assist in contract development alongside legal and business stakeholders.
• Supervise the transition of new data assets from evaluation to implementation and operational handoff.
• Track supplier performance and oversee governance, issue resolution, renewals, and contract-related decisions.
• Create business cases, recommendations, and status updates to aid prioritization and executive decision-making.
• Ensure that acquisition activities comply with internal policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Risk Management is preferred.
• At least 9 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven expertise in mobile identity and phone intelligence on a global scale.
• In-depth knowledge of data sources, market dynamics, and use cases across various regions.
• Established relationships and experience collaborating with mobile network operators, telco carriers, and related partner ecosystems.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in multiple countries and industries governing the use of phone numbers and phone intelligence data.
• Experience in negotiating contracts, including commercial and contractual terms with external partners and suppliers.
• Proven track record of managing multiple external data and vendor relationships of varying sizes and scales.
• Responsible for the P&L associated with external data and vendor relationships.
• Strong skills in research, financial analysis, and business analysis/support.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, issues, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
