This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure that client savings and internal revenue objectives are met.
• Oversee the monthly pipeline of selected cases and ensure timely record requests.
• Monitor productivity targets, audited-claim savings, revenue/findings documentation, invoicing, record fees, and overpayments.
• Set and communicate productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, team discussions, training sessions, coaching, and developmental activities.
• Foster a high-performance team culture and drive operational excellence.
• Provide clients with updates on performance and ensure prompt, high-quality communication.
• Collaborate with clinical personnel and leaders for client presentations, addressing issues, and providing updates.
• Develop action plans to tackle obstacles, address performance discrepancies, and resolve operational challenges.
• Work in partnership across Selections, Workflows, IT, and Implementations to enhance outcomes.
• Invest in personal and team development while introducing at least one new solution or improvement each quarter.
• Adhere to company Compliance, Information Security, and Regulatory policies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in clinical auditing.
• A minimum of 5-8 years or equivalent experience in clinical auditing or supervisory roles.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Healthcare sector.
• Strong leadership abilities and capacity to handle a diverse range of responsibilities.
• Excellent computer proficiency.
• Skilled in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Exceptional people management, interpersonal, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to train others and delegate tasks effectively.
• Must be located in the U.S. for work.
