This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Oversee the CRM division within the Fundraising Data Management team, establishing customer service benchmarks.
• Evaluate and prioritize request tickets, delegate them as needed, and guarantee prompt resolution.
• Facilitate the professional development, skill retention, and advancement of CRM Administration personnel.
• Act as the technical product owner for Share Our Strength’s fundraising CRM, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge.
• Supervise platform data and functionality, offer guidance to teams on new features, and encourage usage.
• Serve as the main liaison for Blackbaud Support and address any Raiser’s Edge challenges.
• Manage Raiser’s Edge security, staff onboarding processes, and user training sessions.
• Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, training resources, and user manuals.
• Lead integration of non-digital platforms with Raiser’s Edge, including Omatic and AuditTrail.
• Process weekly contributions from Chariot and import Chariot data into Raiser’s Edge.
• Enhance and automate CRM data flows utilizing Omatic Cloud, Power Automate, and the organization’s data lake.
• Execute complex queries, reporting, leadership data retrievals, and dashboard creation.
• Collaborate on external dashboards leveraging Raiser’s Edge data.
• Provide backup support for CRM administrative duties.
• Spearhead multiple quarterly initiatives aimed at developing new features and achieving time or cost efficiencies.
• Oversee two fundraising data management roles and an external managed-services consultant.
• Required: Development Operations or equivalent technical experience, with a track record of increasing responsibilities and team leadership.
• At least 6–8 years of experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge is mandatory.
• Raiser’s Edge NXT Professional Certification is preferred.
• Preferred experience with Omatic Cloud integration, particularly in constructing and managing data flows.
• Familiarity with the Chariot gift processing platform is advantageous.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.
• Understanding of fundraising and development operations strategies and principles is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Capable of identifying and addressing challenges with sound judgment and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to independently manage multi-step, detail-focused projects in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior-level audiences.
• Strong interest in issues related to anti-hunger and anti-poverty.
