Senior Manager, Credit Structures

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Provide an outstanding client experience by adhering to all five principles of the Black Card Experience.

• Foster and cultivate a unified RBC enterprise relationship by connecting clients with suitable solutions, partners, and capabilities.

• Spearhead credit discovery and offer structuring advice tailored to clients’ market position, strategy, financial status, and risk profile.

• Create innovative credit structures that align with client objectives.

• Collaborate with Private Bankers to identify and evaluate credit growth opportunities and enhance wallet share.

• Oversee the complete credit process from opportunity assessment and structuring to adjudication and funding.

• Design competitive, customized credit solutions for new funding requests.

• Work alongside Group Risk Management to ensure recommendations are in line with RBC’s risk appetite and policies.

• Actively manage credit renewals and uphold credit and portfolio quality.

• Partner with colleagues and internal stakeholders to provide integrated solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Banking, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 5–7 years of demonstrated credit experience in personal and commercial banking.

• Proficiency in risk assessments, financial statement analysis, credit structuring solutions, and deal presentations.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a talent for creating innovative credit solutions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outstanding client relationship management capabilities.

• Familiarity with RBC Private Banking financing products, credit/risk procedures, guidelines, and standards (preferred).

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred).
