Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the monthly forecasting process throughout the organization, facilitating inputs, consolidations, analyses, and executive-level reporting.

• Administer the annual budgeting and target-setting procedure.

• Assist in long-range planning endeavors and assess financial performance against sanctioned plans.

• Recognize business drivers, risks, opportunities, and trends that affect forecast precision.

• Compile monthly and quarterly financial packages along with business reviews.

• Aid in the preparation of materials for the Board of Directors and the quarterly earnings process.

• Own and manage enterprise three-statement forecasting models, which include Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow projections.

• Create financial models for strategic planning, capital allocation, and scenario analysis.

• Perform sensitivity analyses and provide counsel to senior leadership regarding financial and operational decisions.

• Formulate business cases for strategic initiatives, investments, and operational enhancements.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of two FP&A professionals.

• Propel process enhancements in forecasting, planning, reporting, and financial systems.

• Spearhead cross-functional data integration and reporting automation projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, Consulting, or similar fields; OR an advanced degree (MBA, CPA) with six years of experience.

• More than 2 years of experience in managing and developing finance professionals.

• Advanced expertise in financial modeling and forecasting, including three-statement modeling.

• Proven experience in leading annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning activities.

• Experience in presenting financial analyses to senior executives.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong executive presence coupled with excellent communication skills.

• Capability to forge strong cross-functional relationships and influence decision-making.

• Ability to manage conflicting priorities in uncertain situations.
