This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead and nurture a team of Continuous Improvement (CI) professionals and emerging leaders.
• Oversee a portfolio of impactful improvement initiatives that align with strategic business goals.
• Act as the project lead for large-scale, cross-functional transformation efforts.
• Design and implement sustainable process improvements that address underlying systemic issues rather than just symptoms.
• Foster organizational proficiency and the adoption of CI principles, tools, and behaviors throughout the organization.
• Enhance the identification and implementation of best practices across the enterprise.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leaders, translating business challenges into data-driven strategies and solutions.
• Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to enhance EBITDA, guest experience, and operational performance.
• Develop and execute a CI roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
• Define success metrics and monitor the realization of business benefits from CI initiatives.
• Establish governance mechanisms to ensure accountability, execution discipline, and sustained measurable results.
• Collaborate effectively with Data Science, IT, and business leaders to scope and deliver scalable data products and solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation, Consulting, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience managing direct reports.
• Proven experience employing Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, Process Mapping, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Strong data acumen with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to identify root causes, assess alternatives, and formulate practical solutions.
• Capability to lead and influence across various functions and organizational levels without direct authority.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into structured improvement initiatives.
• Outstanding facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in driving organizational change, building alignment, and overcoming resistance to new processes and ways of working.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, enabling confident engagement with all levels of leadership and frontline team members.
• Robust project management skills, including scope management, prioritization, risk management, and executive communication; experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 20 – 40% of the time.
• A Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is preferred.
• Experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
