This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and spearhead a continuous improvement program that aligns with key business strategies and adheres to process improvement standards.
• Strategize, plan, and oversee large-scale, intricate projects to provide top-tier service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze operational initiatives, internal business processes, daily operational frameworks, and client deliverables to pinpoint workflow enhancements and create project scopes and objectives.
• Assess and monitor methodologies, deliver innovative solutions, and modify workflows to fulfill stakeholder requirements.
• Evaluate, source, and implement tools and resources aimed at enhancing client experiences and optimizing workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and business operations teams to carry out project activities in alignment with requirements, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Team up with senior management to formulate and execute strategies for business units.
• Monitor project performance and assess the achievement of both short- and long-term goals.
• Conduct post-project evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and integrate process enhancements.
• Engage with all levels of the organization and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of ongoing process improvement.
• Inspire and mentor staff, offer training and feedback, and cultivate a collaborative environment.
• Keep an eye on external industry activities to ensure compliance with processes and services.
• Maintain thorough and accurate agency management system data in accordance with data standards.
• Execute other assigned responsibilities in compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven (7) or more years of relevant work experience.
• Must continue to fulfill Continuing Education requirements for renewal.
• Lean/Six-Sigma Belt(s) preferred.
• Portfolio Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
