This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Act as the primary owner of platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord.
• Collaborate with leadership from Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success to establish priorities for the systems roadmap.
• Convert business needs into technical specifications and facilitate developer handoffs.
• Design and maintain integration frameworks, including object models, data flows, triggers, and automation processes.
• Transform go-to-market strategies into scalable system configurations.
• Spearhead AI-enhanced workflows, automations, and internal tools throughout the commercial organization.
• Perform reviews on data integrity and governance, covering field standards, deduplication, permissions, and audit readiness.
• Oversee dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, forecast precision, and representative performance.
• Assess and test new revenue technologies and AI functionalities.
• Develop business cases and implementation strategies for proposed capabilities.
• Manage systems that facilitate pipeline stages, forecasting categories, quoting/CPQ-related workflows, and mutual action plans.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Over 5 years of experience in administering or managing Salesforce within a commercial/RevOps context.
• Salesforce certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Practical experience with HubSpot and Gong; familiarity with Clay and/or Accord, or similar tools is ideal.
• Proven ability to utilize AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for building workflows, automating tasks, or enhancing systems or team operations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL/SOQL or equivalent querying languages.
• Capable of translating business requirements into effective data models.
• Experience in drafting technical specifications and collaborating with developers or implementation vendors.
• Outstanding cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or complex B2B sales is a plus.
• Consistent and punctual attendance is expected.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be taken into account.
• Ability to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
• Aptitude for working independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Possess a product mindset; capable of managing a roadmap, prioritizing competing demands, and iterating based on feedback.
