This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Recognize recurring intelligence requirements that can be standardized, automated, or expanded.
β’ Enhance analytical and consulting skills throughout the team.
β’ Oversee, mentor, and develop team members by setting expectations, goals, and managing performance.
β’ Establish skills in data strategy, business intelligence, product thinking, experimentation, automation, and AI fluency.
β’ Revamp business processes utilizing reusable datasets, BI, semantic layers, visualizations, and AI-driven analytical experiences.
β’ Collaborate with P&I, Product, Data Science, Data Foundations, Go to Market, Marketing, Media Operations, and enterprise teams.
β’ Lead workstreams and decision-making with a general-manager perspective.
β’ Assist in long-term strategic planning, the Commercial Intelligence and data strategy roadmap, priority data requirements, trusted business definitions, and analytical foundations.
β’ Incubate, prototype, validate, and scale analytical and AI capabilities.
β’ Assess usage, productivity, quality, trust, workflow impact, and business value to enhance the adoption of reliable intelligence capabilities.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
β’ Over 7 years of relevant experience in Digital Media, Agency, Marketing, Retail, Data/Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
β’ At least 2 years of direct leadership experience or extensive cross-functional team leadership experience.
β’ Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, and communication skills.
β’ Capability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
β’ Experience in process optimization and handling multiple large-scale projects.
β’ Proficient in strategic planning, defining OKRs, and driving business results.
β’ Familiarity with adtech and martech.
β’ Background in data analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, data science, or related analytical fields.
β’ Experience with SQL and large analytical data environments such as Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, or equivalents.
β’ Proven track record in developing reliable analytical datasets and scalable intelligence solutions.
β’ Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
β’ Knowledge of applying AI and automation to analytical workflows.
β’ Understanding of data governance, semantic definitions, and analytical data quality.
β’ Ability to collaborate with Product, Data Science, and business teams.
β’ Skilled in conveying analytical concepts and recommendations to senior non-technical audiences.
β’ Enthusiasm for innovation, simplification, and rethinking existing analytical processes.
