This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee the enablement roadmap while operationalizing go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Collaborate with commercial and GTM leaders to pinpoint execution gaps and prioritize initiatives.
• Ensure that enablement programs and resources align with approved positioning, commercial processes, role specifications, and market priorities.
• Design and implement programs, workshops, and assessments that are relevant to specific roles.
• Maintain onboarding curricula for new hires and expedite their ramp-up time.
• Create learning resources, sales playbooks, and process guidelines.
• Utilize enablement and AI tools to enhance content, seller workflows, productivity, and insight-driven selling.
• Serve as an expert user of Dock and Gong.
• Provide leadership with coaching guidance, practice frameworks, and performance insights.
• Empower field teams to effectively apply value narratives, sales strategies, processes, tools, and methodologies in interactions with buyers and customers.
• Monitor the use of enablement tools and sales performance, offering recommendations for risks and improvements.
• Facilitate communications for field teams and reinforce initiatives to promote adoption.
• Establish feedback channels with Product Marketing, Operations, and Commercial Leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on go-to-market readiness, product launches, releases, services, packaging, pricing launches, and campaign activation.
• Convert positioning, buyer insights, and launch plans into resources and programs that are ready for the field.
• Assess the effectiveness of enablement and translate performance insights into actions that enhance commercial outcomes and sales bookings.
• Collect feedback throughout the product and customer lifecycle to refine enablement and GTM execution.
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, life sciences, or a related field is required.
• Sales enablement, learning and development, or sales methodology certification (such as MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler) is preferred, but not mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, Product Marketing, or similar roles.
• Experience working with Sales, Go-to-Market, and Product Marketing teams in B2B life sciences environments, ideally with clinical research experience.
• Proven capability to manage cross-functional collaboration and deliver programs within a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional communication, change management, analytical, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Prior experience with revenue enablement tools, such as HighSpot, Dock, Gong, Jiminny, or Avoma.
• Willingness to travel 10%–20% of the time.
