Senior Manager, Clinical Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate integrated care for individuals with advanced chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease.

• Direct clinical support initiatives within DaVita Integrated Kidney Care.

• Play a key role in enhancing patient quality of life, clinical outcomes, and the overall cost of care.

• Assist in shaping DaVita IKC’s care model and team structure.

• Work towards the goal of establishing integrated care as the standard practice for renal patients.

• Collaborate with nurses, care coordinators, nurse practitioners, and business professionals.

• Engage in a compassionate, quality-driven healthcare community.
