Senior Manager, Clinical Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee the IKC Clinical Education team

• Design, plan, and implement a strategy for leadership training and development

• Enhance teammate experience from onboarding to personal and professional growth

• Identify training requirements for transition into IKC as well as changes in roles and responsibilities

• Organize content delivery and training schedules

• Develop educational tools and manage training logistics

• Collaborate with operations support, Wisdom, product, and clinical transformation teams

• Create and execute educational offerings aimed at enhancing value and efficiency for IKC leadership

• Identify, evaluate, and promote continuous improvement of educational programs

• Provide reports on training program performance to the leadership team

• Work in partnership with operations and field leadership to enhance teammate performance

• Coordinate educational modalities and training calendars

• Develop innovative educational solutions

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of related experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• Proven experience in teaching adult learners with diverse learning styles

• High proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

• Advanced skills in a Learning Management System (LMS)

• Preferred active membership in training and development professional organizations

• Preferred experience in organizing and speaking at large corporate meetings

• Preferred experience in Value Based Care leadership

• Willingness to travel up to 25% for live training sessions
