This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategy, management, and performance tracking of a portfolio of enterprise initiatives.

• Lead sessions for concept evaluation and development, synthesize results, and drive actionable outcomes and follow-ups.

• Foster alignment among stakeholders and facilitate executive decision-making processes.

• Create and implement rollout and adoption strategies, including communication with stakeholders, training resources, go-live assistance, and feedback mechanisms post-launch.

• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to develop and articulate business requirements.

• Manage daily project tasks while communicating project status, risks, and dependencies effectively.

• Maintain project/product roadmaps, tracking systems, and governance frameworks.

• Prepare updates and reports on project status, including Monthly Business Reviews, ACO Board presentations, and Board meeting materials.

• Create initiative playbooks, communication strategies, and change management plans.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall business outcomes.

• Identify areas for enhancement, scalability, and optimization of programs and operational processes.

• Lead initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

• Analyze intricate clinical, operational, financial, and business datasets.

• Convert complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

• Develop operational, financial, forecasting, and scenario analysis models.

• Create executive-level presentations and business cases.

• Act as the primary liaison for vendors within the Clinical Innovation portfolio.

• Monitor vendor performance against established KPIs and SLAs; maintain performance scorecards and conduct reviews.

• Assist with contracting and renewal processes in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams.

• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for vendors.

• Track and escalate vendor risks, validate invoices, and ensure prompt payment processing.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in value-based care, ACO, population health, or managed care environments.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects and programs within a healthcare setting.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, KPI development, business case formulation, and scenario modeling.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Practical experience in vendor management, including the administration of contracts, monitoring SLA compliance, and managing operational vendor relationships.

• Experience incorporating AI, automation, predictive analytics, or new technologies to address business challenges and enhance operational performance.

• Competency in utilizing LLM-based AI tools for documentation, synthesis, and expedited analysis.
