This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Lead the Channel Security team throughout North America.
• Oversee a team of around 10 direct and indirect members.
• Propel security revenue while aligning operational execution with strategic objectives.
• Take ownership of strategy, team development, channel dynamics, and revenue for SASE, SRX firewalls, SD-Branch, SD-WAN, NAC, ClearPass, and SSR products.
• Foster security growth through new and follow-on sales, renewals, expansions, attachments, services, and recurring revenue.
• Create strategies for territory, channel, and account-based growth.
• Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Enhance strategic partner relationships and boost security penetration.
• Conduct executive business reviews and develop customer engagement strategies.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and nurture high-performing channel sales teams.
• Set performance expectations, accountability measures, succession plans, and future leadership development.
• Formulate annual business plans, forecasts, and pipeline strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and execute corrective measures as needed.
• Promote the adoption of AI tools, automation, CRM, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance and operations on forecasting and resource allocation.
• Ensure forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, policy adherence, and governance.
• Oversee budgets and resource distribution.
• Implement process enhancements that boost productivity and seller efficiency.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience collaborating with enterprise channel partners, focusing on solution selling.
• A minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading large teams and managing significant revenues.
• Strong business insight, strategic planning, and leadership capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of channel partner ecosystems and enterprise solutions.
• Financial acumen, including experience with P&L management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
• Ability to influence strategy and establish policies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in change management and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience within North American markets.
• Proven capability to achieve results in a fast-paced, competitive landscape.
• Industry knowledge in enterprise solutions, services, and solution selling methodologies.
• Approximately 70% national travel is required.
