
Senior Manager, Channel Security Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Lead the Channel Security team across North America.
• Manage around 10 direct and indirect team members.
• Propel security revenue while ensuring that operational execution aligns with strategic objectives.
• Provide counsel to executive management, establish policies, influence strategic direction, and implement business plans.
• Take charge of strategy, team development, channel initiatives, and revenue for SASE, SRX firewalls, SD-Branch, SD-WAN, NAC, ClearPass, and SSR products.
• Market security and networking portfolios to leading technology networking and security partners across the nation.
• Responsible for annual and quarterly security revenue, new logo acquisition, deal registration, partner education/certification, and event objectives.
• Foster growth in new, renewal, expansion, attach, services, and recurring revenue.
• Create strategies for territory, channel, and account-based growth.
• Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Direct executive business reviews and customer engagement initiatives.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and nurture high-performing channel sales teams.
• Set performance expectations, ensure accountability, develop succession plans, and foster leadership growth.
• Formulate business plans, forecasts, and pipeline strategies.
• Track sales metrics and initiate corrective measures as necessary.
• Promote the use of sales tools, AI technologies, automation, CRM, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to enhance forecasting and resource planning.
• Guarantee forecast accuracy, maintain pipeline discipline, manage budgets, and ensure process improvement, compliance, and governance.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience with enterprise channel partners, emphasizing solution selling.
• A minimum of 5 years of management experience leading extensive teams and overseeing large revenues.
• Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and leadership capabilities.
• Profound understanding of channel partner ecosystems and enterprise solutions.
• Financial acumen, including P&L oversight.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
• Capability to influence strategy and establish policies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in change management and proactive problem-solving.
• Familiarity with North American markets.
• Proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Knowledge of industry practices in enterprise solutions, services, and solution selling methodologies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 70% nationwide.
