
Senior Manager, Channel Security Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Provide guidance to the Channel Security team throughout North America.
• Manage a team of around 10 direct and indirect members.
• Propel security revenue while ensuring operational execution aligns with organizational objectives.
• Oversee strategy, team expansion, channel operations, and revenue generation for SASE, SRX firewalls, SD-Branch, SD-WAN, NAC variants, ClearPass, and SSR products.
• Promote security and networking portfolios to leading technology networking and security partners across the country.
• Take responsibility for annual and quarterly security revenue, new logo acquisition, deal registration, partner education/certification, and event goals.
• Foster growth in new, follow-on, renewal, expansion, attach, services, and recurring revenue.
• Formulate territory, channel, and account-based growth strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Enhance strategic partner relationships and boost security penetration and share of wallet.
• Conduct executive business reviews and develop customer engagement strategies.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and nurture high-performing channel sales teams.
• Set performance expectations, accountability standards, succession plans, and future leader development initiatives.
• Create annual business plans, forecasts, and pipeline strategies.
• Track sales performance and initiate corrective measures as needed.
• Promote the use of AI sales tools, automation, CRM, and data-driven decision-making practices.
• Collaborate with finance and operations for forecasting and resource planning.
• Ensure forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, budget management, process improvement, policy compliance, and governance.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience working with enterprise channel partners, with a focus on solution selling.
• A minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading large teams and managing significant revenue streams.
• Strong business acumen, strategic planning capabilities, and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of channel partner ecosystems and enterprise solutions.
• Financial acumen, including experience with P&L management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at executive levels.
• Proven ability to influence strategy and establish policies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Competence in change management and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience in North American markets.
• A proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Industry expertise in enterprise solutions, services, and solution selling methodologies.
• Approximately 70% nationwide travel is required.
