Senior Manager, Change Management, Operational Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of Oak Street Health's change management operating model within the Project Management Office.

• Support the sequencing of strategic initiatives, governance of capacity, and the management of the initiative implementation and change management lifecycle.

• Collaborate with initiative owners to assess projects against Change Archetypes.

• Uphold standardized frameworks for communications and training directed at the field.

• Engage in and facilitate weekly PMO meetings to evaluate, provide feedback on, and endorse implementation and change plans.

• Guide initiative owners through consultations in small groups.

• Oversee communication and training pathways, including the Learning Tuesday initiative.

• Take charge of the creation, curation, and enhancement of operational communications and training materials intended for employees.

• Simplify complex operational workflows, clinical processes, policy changes, and Epic builds into clear messaging.

• Design and create one-pagers, job aids, slide presentations, video walkthroughs, and tailored user guides.

• Define, gather, and analyze metrics related to implementation, post-launch adoption rates, and feedback.

• Identify needs for post-release reinforcement and coordinate follow-up activities to ensure long-term sustainability.

• Comfort in collaborating with senior operational leaders, clinical specialists, regional directors, and position leaders.

• Knowledge of change management methodologies.

• Experience in implementing structured change frameworks in a dynamic environment.

• Over 6 years of progressive project management experience in a healthcare context.
