This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
β’ Create precise and consistent messaging that articulates interoperability capabilities, business value, and anticipated outcomes.
β’ Transform technical and analytical information regarding EPP, FHIR APIs, ADT/Event Notifications, Prior Authorization APIs, and clinical data exchange into easily understandable business language.
β’ Link interoperability investments to aspects such as affordability, provider collaboration, customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory priorities.
β’ Ensure messaging consistency across communications intended for executives, providers, clients, internal teams, and strategic discussions.
β’ Prepare presentations, talking points, leadership updates, briefing documents, and status summaries suitable for executives.
β’ Assist in crafting value realization narratives that showcase progress, impact, and strategic significance.
β’ Collaborate with analytics, actuarial, technology, provider strategy, and clinical operations teams to distill complex information into clear communications.
β’ Create materials for governance forums, leadership reviews, prioritization discussions, and cross-functional operational meetings.
β’ Develop communications for providers regarding new tools, capabilities, workflow modifications, and anticipated benefits.
β’ Generate client-facing messaging that highlights the effects of interoperability on employees, care navigation, administrative experiences, and overall value.
β’ Support stakeholder engagement strategies that align with communication timing, audience requirements, and delivery milestones.
β’ Work in partnership with Provider Contracting, Network Strategy, Product, Government Affairs, and Enterprise Interoperability teams.
β’ Build and maintain reusable communication resources, including narrative templates, message maps, FAQs, one-pagers, slide content, and summaries for stakeholders.
β’ Oversee communication timelines, approvals, version control, and coordination across various workstreams.
β’ Ensure that materials are accurate, appropriate for the audience, aligned with brand standards, and consistent with enterprise priorities.
β’ Monitor stakeholder feedback and enhance communications to boost clarity, adoption, and engagement.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in strategic communications, business communications, healthcare communications, change management, consulting, or a related area.
β’ Proficient writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation development abilities.
β’ Capability to convert complex technical, operational, or analytical data into clear and compelling messages.
β’ Experience in creating materials for senior leaders, cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, or client-facing audiences.
β’ Strong project management skills, adept at handling multiple deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder contributions.
β’ If working remotely occasionally or permanently, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum speed of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required.
