This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement measurement strategies, key metric frameworks, and reporting standards throughout Global Communications.
• Develop, sustain, and consistently enhance dashboards and data systems like Meltwater.
• Perform analysis across various channels, audiences, and reputation metrics.
• Convert performance data into actionable recommendations aimed at optimizing creative outputs.
• Assist in anomaly detection and trend forecasting to uncover emerging issues, crises, and trends.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and platforms to modernize analytical processes and improve creative capabilities.
• Generate executive-ready insights, reports, and narratives.
• Inform strategic initiatives and enhance understanding of key audiences, focusing on their trust and engagement levels.
• Collaborate with the Marketing social media team on shared listening and analytics efforts.
• Partner with Business Insights & Analytics and Market Research teams.
• Enhance data literacy within the communications function.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Communications, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in communications, marketing, or business intelligence, with a strong emphasis on data analytics, measurement, and insights.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining dashboards, measurement programs, and reporting systems that connect communications activities to business outcomes and stakeholder behavior.
• Proficient knowledge in audience intelligence, reputational insights, and trust data.
• Practical experience with AI tools and platforms for data analysis, trend forecasting, and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with Meltwater or similar tools such as Talkwalker or Cision.
• Knowledge of Quid and Morning Consult Intelligence.
• Experience collaborating with global, multi-market teams.
• Strong collaboration skills with senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
• Experience in pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industries is a plus.
