This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and steer Apptegy's enterprise systems strategy and ecosystem across IT, Revenue Systems, Engineering, and operational teams.
• Report directly to the Sr. Director of Security & Enterprise Technology.
• Lead a high-performing team comprising systems analysts, administrators, and IT specialists.
• Act as the primary business partner for leaders in Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, Finance, and Security.
• Identify fundamental business challenges and collaboratively design scalable technology solutions.
• Advocate for change management, user enablement, system adoption, and the implementation of tools, automation, and process enhancements.
• Integrate cross-functional system roadmaps and eliminate operational silos.
• Convert go-to-market and operational challenges into a prioritized enterprise systems roadmap.
• Architect and sustain data flows across CRMs, marketing automation, help desk tools, data warehouses, and custom workflows.
• Design, construct, and manage point-to-point integrations and API connections.
• Supervise system health, access-management governance, role-based security permissions, and data hygiene standards.
• Mentor and cultivate the skills of systems analysts, administrators, and IT professionals.
• Address complex architectural challenges, troubleshoot integration issues, and optimize essential workflows.
• Assess, procure, implement, and continually enhance internal technology solutions.
• Over 6 years of progressive experience in business systems, revenue operations, IT service management, or enterprise technology.
• Proven success in managing technical individual contributors.
• Established experience in architecting multi-system data flows, point-to-point integrations (APIs, webhooks, ETL/ELT pipelines), and enterprise data governance frameworks in fast-growing environments.
• Technical credibility with experience in system architecture, configuration, schema design, and integration logic.
• A solid track record of collaboration with executive and commercial leaders across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Experience.
• Active commitment to utilizing modern AI, automation tools, and frontier LLM applications.
• Extensive hands-on experience in administering and architecting Salesforce (CRM/CPQ), HubSpot (Marketing Automation), and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) is preferred as a standout qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in building or managing automated workflows using tools like n8n and Glean, or integrating Anthropic/OpenAI LLM providers is preferred as a standout qualification.
• Practical experience or familiarity with IT help desk management, service desk ticketing workflows, endpoint/access governance, and IT service delivery is preferred as a standout qualification.
• Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS business model, recurring revenue motions, and operational SaaS metrics is preferred as a standout qualification.
