This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and refresh marketing vendor, technology, contract, SOW, renewal, license, and ownership trackers.
• Assist in coordinating renewals, managing procurement requests, tracking invoices, following up on purchase orders, and handling related documentation.
• Aid in tracking vendor usage and performance by gathering usage data, stakeholder feedback, renewal information, identifying risks, and noting action items.
• Facilitate SharePoint management and governance, which includes organizing libraries and folders, upholding document standards, updating site content, and assisting teams in locating approved resources.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, templates, calendars, and operational reference materials.
• Compile routine updates on business operations, trackers, and summaries.
• Collaborate across departments with Marketing, GTM, Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, and vendor partners.
• Spot opportunities to enhance organization, documentation, workflow clarity, and repeatable processes.
• Fulfill tasks outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
• Undertake special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, operations, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, business operations, project coordination, administrative support, vendor coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the capability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, documents, trackers, and follow-ups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in working with spreadsheets, trackers, shared files, and business documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet is a plus.
• A strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn about marketing operations, technology, vendors, reporting, and project management.
• Good judgment, accountability, follow-through, confidentiality, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Technically adept, flexible, and eager to acquire new tools, systems, processes, and marketing operations practices.
• Interest in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Technology, Project Management, or Vendor Management.
• Ability to inquire, learn from cross-functional partners, document processes, and enhance work organization.
• Strong sense of ownership and a commitment to learning the marketing function from the ground up.
