Business Operations Analyst – Semi Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain intricate financial and operational models in spreadsheets enhanced with LLMs, including recurring revenue models and commercial efficiency metrics such as LTV, CAC, and payback.

• Generate insights through quantitative and qualitative analyses that guide C-level decision-making.

• Maintain and optimize KPI reports utilized by the company's leadership.

• Engage in and lead projects with interdisciplinary teams in high-uncertainty and unstructured information environments.

• Provide order and processes where they are lacking.

• Operate with attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a bias for action.

• Collaborate with the Director of Business Operations and C-level executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in high-growth technology companies.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing complex models in spreadsheets.

• At least 2 years of experience in strategic consulting, private equity, investment banking, or strategy areas.

• Advanced intermediate English: you must be able to understand and actively participate in meetings conducted in English.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.

• Experience of at least 2 years in a SaaS-selling company is preferred.

• Experience with HubSpot is a plus.

• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools is valued.
