This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and refresh marketing vendor, technology, contract, SOW, renewal, license, and ownership tracking systems.
• Assist with coordinating renewals, handling procurement requests, tracking invoices, following up on purchase orders, and managing related documentation.
• Aid in monitoring vendor utilization and performance by gathering usage data, stakeholder feedback, renewal inputs, risks, and action items.
• Provide support for SharePoint management and governance, which includes organizing libraries and folders, upholding document standards, and refreshing site content.
• Develop and sustain process documentation, SOPs, checklists, templates, calendars, and operational reference materials.
• Generate routine updates on business operations, trackers, and summaries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, GTM, Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, and vendor partners.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance organization, documentation, workflow clarity, and establish repeatable processes.
• Fulfill responsibilities outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
• Undertake special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, operations, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, business operations, project coordination, administrative support, vendor coordination, or a comparable role is preferred.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented; capable of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, documents, trackers, and follow-ups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, trackers, shared files, and business documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet is advantageous.
• A strong curiosity about marketing and a desire to learn about marketing operations, technology, vendors, reporting, and project management.
• Good judgment, accountability, follow-through, confidentiality, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Technically proficient, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools, systems, processes, and practices in marketing operations.
• Interest in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Technology, Project Management, or Vendor Management.
• Ability to inquire, learn from cross-functional partners, document processes, and enhance work organization.
• Strong sense of ownership and an eagerness to grasp the marketing function from the ground up.
• Must provide a dedicated, secure work environment.
• Must ensure high-speed internet access/connectivity and maintain an office setup.
