This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Business Systems Analysis area by prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and ensuring teams consistently provide high-quality analysis and solution outcomes that align with business and Technology objectives.
• Lead multiple interconnected business systems analysis teams while directing managers and professional colleagues, including goal setting, coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Formulate area and team plans, priorities, operating rhythms, and resource strategies that are in line with Technology and enterprise objectives.
• Supervise the intake, discovery, analysis, prioritization, and documentation of intricate business and functional requirements across a portfolio of initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, product, architecture, engineering, data, security, and project leadership to convert strategies and challenges into actionable solution options and recommendations.
• Maintain consistent standards for requirements elicitation, process modeling, systems analysis, traceability, acceptance criteria, testing support, and solution validation.
• Guide the analysis of unconventional operational and business challenges, identify root causes, evaluate alternatives, and drive resolutions.
• Evaluate demand, capacity, risk, dependencies, and trade-offs; allocate resources and modify priorities based on objectives, business plans, and funding.
• Provide governance and leadership in business process design and optimization.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting for delivery, quality, stakeholder outcomes, risks, and continuous improvement.
• Foster relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners; communicate complex or sensitive issues and influence key decisions.
• Encourage knowledge sharing, reusable practices, tools, templates, and communities of practice.
• Ensure adherence to technology, data, privacy, security, financial, and operational standards and policies.
• Oversee large, complex, cross-functional strategic programs.
• Manage external partners or vendors when necessary, including scope, quality, performance, risks, and business alignment.
• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in business systems analysis, business analysis, technology delivery, process design, product delivery, or a related discipline, including 3 years in a leadership role, OR 14 years of relevant experience with 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience in leading multiple related teams, managers, or managing a broad portfolio of professional work within a matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated proficiency in business and functional requirements, systems analysis, process modeling, solution evaluation, and technology delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of how business systems analysis integrates with product management, architecture, engineering, quality assurance, data, security, and project or program management.
• Established ability to translate business strategies and ambiguous challenges into clear priorities, plans, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with portfolio planning, demand and capacity management, resource allocation, risk management, and budget or vendor oversight.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve complex, non-standard operational and business issues with broad cross-functional implications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to convey complex concepts, manage sensitive issues, influence senior stakeholders, and build consensus.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching leaders and professionals, fostering inclusive teams, managing performance, and nurturing talent.
• Proficient with business analysis and collaboration tools, including requirements repositories, process modeling, work management, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in Agile, product, project, and/or software development life cycle environments.
• Experience in developing business cases, assessing cost/benefit and risk, and supporting investment or prioritization decisions.
• A Master’s degree in business, information systems, technology, or a related field is a plus.
• Industry certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are a plus.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, analytics, SQL, or relational databases is a plus.
• Annual bonus target of 15% subject to terms and conditions of the plan.
