This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and spearhead comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with institutional priorities and growth goals.
• Collaborate with content, copy, and program marketing teams to synchronize brand and program marketing initiatives.
• Take ownership of brand marketing roadmaps, campaign calendars, and annual strategic planning.
• Lead integrated brand campaigns across various channels including email, social media, paid media, paid search, and web.
• Work alongside creative teams, contractors, and agencies to craft brand messaging, proof points, narratives, and storytelling.
• Oversee the creation of videos, testimonials, success stories, and other brand content that enhance thought leadership and reputation.
• Establish metrics for success and assess the effectiveness of campaigns and brand marketing efforts.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine audience targeting, channel performance, and overall marketing results.
• Monitor brand health indicators such as audience sentiment, awareness, consideration, preference, and perception.
• Harness consumer insights, competitive intelligence, market research, and campaign data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, voice, visual identity, standards, and audience experiences.
• Support and participate in DeVry’s annual commencement weekend events through brand activations, campaign development, videos, testimonials, and on-site execution.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, production partners, and vendors.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, advertising, communications, or related fields.
• Experience in the education sector is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to formulate brand and campaign strategies.
• Capability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
• Proficiency in leveraging consumer and competitive insights.
• Skill in monitoring brand health and audience perception metrics.
• Experience in utilizing performance data to enhance optimization, decision-making, and measurable business outcomes.
• Background in leading projects and managing relationships with agencies and contractors.
• Experience in influencing stakeholders and fostering alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management and workflow tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Workfront, or similar platforms.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to responsibly and effectively utilize AI-powered tools for productivity, research, ideation, campaign planning, content development, and workflow efficiency.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong project management skills.
• Capacity to think strategically, lead creatively, collaborate across functions, solve problems, provide structure and clarity to complex workflows, influence stakeholders, and consistently deliver high-quality, innovative work in a fast-paced environment.
