This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the overall strategy and operational framework for the HealthLeaders Exchange platform.
• Design a seamless interaction between live Exchanges and The Exchange Network.
• Define Exchange formats, executive themes, programming, and member experiences.
• Create a year-round engagement strategy for The Exchange Network.
• Develop and sustain a highly engaged community of healthcare C-suite executives and senior leaders.
• Collaborate with recruitment, audience, editorial, and marketing teams to enhance qualified membership.
• Track recruitment performance and boost repeat Exchange attendance and member retention.
• Transform Exchange attendees into active participants of The Exchange Network.
• Foster executive discussions, inquiries, insights, and community engagement throughout the year.
• Collaborate with editorial leadership and Exchange members to curate relevant programming.
• Convert member feedback, advisory board insights, research, and market trends into agenda recommendations.
• Oversee the complete member journey across both in-person and digital communities.
• Coordinate efforts among editorial, events, recruitment, audience development, marketing, sales, operations, and leadership teams.
• Spearhead cross-functional Exchange planning, delineating responsibilities, timelines, and transitions.
• Leverage performance data to suggest enhancements and identify execution gaps.
• Collaborate with sales to generate sponsor value while ensuring a positive member experience.
• Enhance sponsor onboarding, sponsor/member interactions, satisfaction, renewals, and repeat engagement.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive communities, events, B2B media, product management, audience development, or a related domain.
• Experience in managing communities that integrate both in-person and digital engagement.
• Strong project and program management capabilities.
• Proven experience working with senior executives.
• Capacity to lead across multiple teams without direct authority.
• In-depth understanding of member engagement, retention, and community building.
• Proficiency in using data and KPIs to inform decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Preferred background in the healthcare sector, media, events, or information services.
• Preferred experience with executive or membership communities, C-suite audience development, online professional communities, advisory boards or executive councils, sponsored programs and sales organizations, and analytics related to NPS, engagement, retention, and community.
