This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Uphold Certify's brand identity, encompassing voice, tone, visual language, and overall positioning.
• Sustain and enhance the brand guidelines system.
• Conduct regular brand audits and apply insights to refine the brand.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and leadership on positioning, market strategies, and competitive narratives.
• Manage the master content strategy and editorial calendar.
• Create thought leadership content for health plan executives and leaders in provider operations.
• Oversee the development of articles, blogs, LinkedIn content, newsletters, video scripts, webinars, event presentations, white papers, contributed industry articles, and sales enablement materials.
• Establish a scalable content production system utilizing AI tools, internal subject-matter experts, customer insights, and external partners.
• Work alongside Marketing, Business Development, Product, Customer Success, and executives to facilitate pipeline creation, customer education, product launches, events, and market authority.
• Lead Certify's podcast, managing guest strategies, topic selection, production, publishing, and audience growth.
• Enhance Certify's LinkedIn presence and executive ghostwriting initiatives.
• Develop and expand Certify's owned newsletter.
• Monitor channel performance and refine content type, frequency, and distribution accordingly.
• Manage events strategy and oversee conferences, roundtables, webinars, proprietary events, logistics, materials, and follow-up campaigns.
• Formulate employer brand strategies and recruiting content.
• Collaborate with People & Talent on talent marketing efforts.
• Oversee corporate communications, including executive announcements, company updates, investor communications, and press releases.
• Create internal brand engagement programs.
• 6–10+ years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, or editorial leadership.
• Proven history of building or transforming a brand within a healthcare or technology setting.
• Demonstrated capability in managing content operations at scale, including editorial systems, production workflows, and high-volume output.
• Hands-on experience with owned media channels such as LinkedIn company profiles, newsletters, podcasts, or video initiatives.
• Excellent writing and editorial abilities.
• Proficient in converting business objectives into brand narratives and content strategies aimed at B2B buyers and talent audiences.
• Preferred: Experience in healthtech, health plan operations, or B2B enterprise SaaS with intricate buyer demographics.
• Preferred: Familiarity with AI-driven content workflows, LLMs, automation platforms, or content intelligence software.
• Preferred: Experience in managing or contributing to executive thought leadership and ghostwriting programs.
• Preferred: Knowledge of demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM).
