Senior Manager, BizOps, Analytics

📋 Description

• Integrate within a primary business domain: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships

• Manage the analytical operations for the designated business unit from start to finish

• Identify business challenges, inquiries, and decisions prior to performing analyses

• Establish metrics, create reports, execute analyses, and develop experiments

• Extract data insights that enhance key business performance indicators

• Communicate recommendations to colleagues in product, growth, finance, or operations

• Clarify occurrences, reasons behind them, and suggest subsequent actions

• Propel initiatives and decisions through to execution

• Contribute to scaling Jerry from 5 million to 50 million customers and towards a $10 billion valuation

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or rapidly growing tech company

• Excellent analytical abilities

• Capable of independently extracting, structuring, and interpreting data

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and achieving impactful results

• Strong, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, or Python

• Legally permitted to work in the U.S. or Canada

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
