Senior Manager, BizOps & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the central BizOps & Analytics team, integrating with growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Take ownership of the analytical functions for a specific business unit from start to finish.

• Identify business challenges, inquiries, and decisions prior to conducting analyses.

• Establish metrics and create comprehensive reports.

• Execute analyses and design experiments.

• Reveal data insights that enhance key business metrics.

• Deliver recommendations to stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations.

• Clarify the current situation, the reasons behind it, and suggest actionable next steps.

• Propel initiatives and decisions towards execution with measurable results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Excellent analytical abilities.

• Capacity to independently extract, structure, and interpret data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and achieving impactful results.

• Strong and persuasive communication skills.

• Capability to influence decisions at the executive level.

• Proficiency in analysis using Excel, SQL, or Python.

• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada is required.
