Analytics Business Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain user-friendly SharePoint pages, FAQs, and procedural guides.

• Compile analytics updates, arrange announcements, and oversee communication calendars.

• Ensure analytics resources are precise, well-organized, and easy to navigate.

• Respond to common user inquiries and handle technical escalations.

• Detect knowledge gaps and assess analytics dashboards and support documentation.

• Curate and enhance content for AI-driven knowledge initiatives, including searchbots, Microsoft Copilot, and automated support workflows.

• Prepare materials for meetings, monitor action items, update project statuses, and coordinate deliverables.

• Act as a liaison between technical tools and everyday business users.

• Facilitate the adoption of analytics, AI agents, and Microsoft Copilot.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited educational program (University Degree, Master’s, or equivalent) and retain active student status throughout the entire 12-month internship period.

• Graduates or candidates finishing their studies before the internship concludes cannot be considered.

• Must be legally residing in Spain for the complete duration of the program.

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level is required.

• Strong writing and organizational abilities are essential.

• A basic understanding of project management concepts is advantageous.

• Comfortable utilizing Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams).

• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik) is a plus.

• Eager to learn how AI agents and Microsoft Copilot can improve knowledge management and content creation.

• Proactive and collaborative team player who is also comfortable working independently.
