Junior Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients, respond to inquiries, and provide comprehensive information regarding products and services

• Facilitate coordination of requests among internal teams

• Monitor timelines, dependencies, and any obstacles

• Assist in operational workflows within the Account Management and Sales departments

• Create presentations and relevant documentation

• Arrange meetings

• Participate in client engagement and enhance business process efficiency

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management, International Relations, or a similar discipline (completed or ongoing)

• Strong academic performance and achievements

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above

• Exceptional analytical and communication capabilities

• High degree of responsibility and a results-oriented approach

• Involvement in international or academic initiatives such as FLEX, Erasmus, or the CFA Research Challenge is a plus
