Senior Manager, Asset Protection Field Strategy – Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Lead the Field Strategy and Support team in providing tools, resources, and assistance for the field Asset Protection team.

• Oversee the myAP Health Program, which includes managing the platform, gathering feedback, implementing enhancements, fostering innovation, developing an engagement strategy, and measuring success.

• Administer the Asset Protection Store Visit Tool and promote its advancement by incorporating resources and solutions across various teams.

• Analyze shrink trends and pinpoint loss-mitigation strategies within both front store and pharmacy operations.

• Establish the strategic framework for District Asset Protection Leaders to concentrate their efforts on high-need stores.

• Propel the Operational Excellence program and create metrics for managing operational risks, recognition, and accountability.

• Oversee the Priority Store Program to detect risks and opportunities while enhancing store performance.

• Define and monitor success metrics for programs, assess business impact, and evaluate field execution outcomes.

• Collaborate with field operations, store operations, pharmacy operations, and supply chain teams on initiatives, risks, and integration opportunities.

• Work alongside AP Analytics, AP Applications, and AP Investigations to design and implement field solutions.

• Convert business requirements and field insights into scalable programs, actionable tools, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Ensure accountability and follow-through for field execution, impact assessment, and program adoption.

• Develop a communication strategy within the Asset Protection organization to promote alignment and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Asset Protection, operations, program management, or a related domain.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives within a complex, matrixed environment.

• Capability to analyze business trends, identify risks, and translate findings into actionable and scalable solutions.

• Experience in building alliances across various business functions to influence outcomes and ensure alignment.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.

• Proven experience in leading teams and developing talent.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting field-based operations on a large scale.

• Preferred: Understanding of shrink trends, asset protection strategies, and operational risk mitigation.

• Preferred: Experience with program design, implementation, and impact assessment.
