Senior Manager, Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing accounting team.

• Oversee daily accounting operations for US activities, including month-end close, inter-company transactions, and financial reporting.

• Design, implement, and deploy scalable accounting policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures.

• Enhance NetSuite by automating manual processes and scaling the system to accommodate business growth.

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, local statutory requirements, and tax regulations.

• Collaborate with the global finance team to facilitate efficient end-to-end audit processes.

• Work together with FP&A, Legal, and Revenue Operations to streamline billing, optimize working capital, and support strategic corporate initiatives.

• Perform additional duties as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of accounting experience with progressive responsibility and leadership roles.

• More than 2 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.

• At least 2 years of experience in high-growth startup environments.

• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

• Proven experience in building, managing, and training accounting teams.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable processes and financial controls.

• Direct, proficient operational experience with NetSuite.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person collaboration, meetings, and training sessions.

• Preferred: experience in the AdTech or digital media sectors.

• Preferred: familiarity with international accounting standards or multi-currency operations.
