Senior Maintenance Manager – Divisional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical leadership, governance, and strategic support across Nestlé Purina’s Wet manufacturing network.

• Connect Corporate Engineering, divisional leadership, and factory maintenance teams.

• Spearhead the implementation of divisional asset maintenance strategies, methodologies, and standard routines.

• Guide divisional maintenance subject matter experts.

• Cultivate factory teams, Maintenance Managers, planners, technical store teams, and PM Pillar leaders through prioritization, coaching, training, assessments, and competency-building plans.

• Ensure compliance with engineering, safety, quality, environmental, GMP, OSHA, EPA, maintenance, and TPM standards.

• Enhance Root Cause Failure Analysis capabilities to eliminate recurring failures and provide insights to Maintenance Standards.

• Execute the Maintenance Progression plan across all wet factories.

• Maintain reliability engineering and replicate machine enhancements, Preventative Maintenance standards, CIL standards, and centerlines for priority technologies.

• Leverage technical training modules, tablets, and digital resources to boost the technical skills of Maintenance Technicians and Production Operators.

• Advance Planned Maintenance Standards and foundations to enhance asset performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or a comparable field.

• Over 5 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing, industrial, military, or similar environment.

• More than 3 years of leadership experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% to Nestlé Purina operating facilities within the U.S.

• Must not require visa sponsorship.
