Senior M365 Platform Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Participate in administrative and engineering tasks centered around Microsoft 365 applications within a GCC High setting.

• Address incidents and assignments designated to the Infrastructure Applications team.

• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Entra, and Power Platform.

• Engage with a diverse range of users daily in a customer-facing capacity.

• Quickly resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Go beyond routine ticket support by optimizing and refining existing processes.

• Contribute to the establishment of best practices within various technical domains.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting Exchange Online.

• Proven experience in supporting SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

• Proven experience in supporting Microsoft Teams, including voice (direct routing).

• Proven experience in supporting Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Proven experience in supporting Entra and Active Directory.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Capability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools as needed for support.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to meet objectives.

• Capacity to contribute to process enhancements and best practices across various technical areas.
