📋 Description

• Oversee the linguistic and overall quality of outputs related to AI services.

• Identify quality concerns early and recommend steps for improvement.

• Offer linguistic support and assistance with AI tasks to production teams, partners, and clients.

• Create, design, and execute methodologies for quality management and AI-centric linguistic services.

• Conduct quality reporting and monitoring, provide vendor training, and maintain and develop assets.

• Complete assigned AI-service tasks, ensuring adherence to task-specific guidelines and proactively managing quality across designated languages and projects.

• Educate translators, annotators, and other involved parties.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement and innovation in linguistic and AI workflows.

• Remain informed about industry trends, best practices, and the latest AI language-service technologies.

• Engage in innovation strategies, including the integration of AI into linguistic processes and the optimization of AI annotation and evaluation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in linguistics or equivalent professional experience.

• Completion of AI-specific courses, certifications, and training will be a considerable advantage.

• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in AI Services or quality management, and/or in a client-facing or support role within an AI Services environment.

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.

• Up-to-date and practical knowledge of AI annotation, evaluation, AI prompting, and large language models (LLMs).

• Strong coordination and communication skills, including the ability to provide training and interact with clients.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
