Senior Licensing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with all licensing operations at Nourish, encompassing daily activities, workflow management, and the enhancement of existing processes.

• Take ownership of the complete licensing application process for both new and current providers throughout the U.S.

• Enhance licensing procedures through recommendations for automation, the introduction of new tools, workflow refinements, and process enhancements.

• Create and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for licensing new states or providers.

• Support the management and training of the contract licensing team.

• Monitor licensing metrics and provide updates on progress, challenges, and developments.

• Deliver direct assistance and oversee licensing communications for Registered Dietitians, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and therapists.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RCM, Payer Ops, Clinical Ops, and Customer Experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in provider licensing, provider operations, healthcare operations, or a related field.

• Knowledgeable about licensing procedures and state requirements for RDs, MDs, NPs, and therapists.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills across various roles and departments.

• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Capability to excel in uncertain environments and adjust to evolving processes and workflows.

• Enjoys the challenge of developing processes from scratch.

• Proficient with technology and eager to learn and utilize new tools.

• Adaptable and flexible when confronted with new challenges and situations.
