Senior Learning Designer, VSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, Enterprise AI product managers, and team members to create and develop effective learning solutions.

• Design and expand practical learning experiences that enhance technical AI skills and align with Enterprise AI objectives.

• Independently oversee the design and development of learning solutions for specific projects and initiatives.

• Utilize generative AI tools and innovative technologies to expedite learning design, content creation, assessment development, and learner support.

• Craft learner-focused experiences that foster technical skill advancement and performance improvement.

• Perform needs analyses to determine capability and performance requirements.

• Convert complex concepts into clear learning objectives and materials, including storyboards, scripts, applied practice, assessments, performance support tools, digital learning experiences, and learner guides.

• Create scalable learning assets and reusable content frameworks for Enterprise AI projects.

• Ensure course materials remain accurate, up-to-date, and relevant as technologies and business requirements change.

• Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness and suggest improvements.

• Mentor facilitators and choose appropriate learning technologies, collaborative tools, and delivery methods.

• Produce multimedia assets such as videos, simulations, e-learning courses, job aids, and performance support materials.

• Plan, organize, develop, and deliver curricula and programs; facilitate both live and virtual sessions as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Performance, Adult Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in designing and delivering learning solutions within a corporate setting, including e-learning modules and facilitated learning events.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience facilitating engaging in-person and virtual learning sessions using various instructional techniques in a corporate environment.

• Proven experience in designing learning solutions that support technical skill improvement, emerging technologies, digital transformation, AI capabilities, or similar upskilling initiatives.

• Strong ability to communicate learning strategies, recommendations, and outcomes to stakeholders at various organizational levels.

• Expertise in planning, executing, and managing learning projects, encompassing timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.

• Experience in training design, development, and implementation using facilitated, cohort, rotational program, and e-learning approaches.

• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent platforms.

• Experience managing courses in Cornerstone on Demand or a similar Learning Management System (LMS).

• Must have self-provided internet with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
