This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Architect, enhance, and implement the comprehensive global go-to-market strategy for the KYB suite.
• Broaden presence in new geographical markets and rapidly growing enterprise sectors.
• Take ownership of top-line revenue growth and strategic objectives.
• Discover untapped market potentials, structural trends, and emerging regional demands.
• Secure high-value enterprise accounts.
• Perform competitive analysis and risk/regulatory evaluations.
• Collaborate with Product and Regulatory teams on regional KYB solutions.
• Integrate Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success for GTM execution and product adoption.
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide enablement programs for over 100 Sales, Pre-Sales, and Account Management team members.
• Influence both internal executive teams and external enterprise clients.
• Propel global scalability, strategy, and market leadership of the KYB product ecosystem.
• Over 10 years of extensive experience specifically in KYB solutions.
• Proven expertise in B2B FinTech, Compliance, Identity Verification, or Risk Management.
• Experience in scaling complex compliance/risk products from inception to global reach.
• Demonstrated success in driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
• Comprehensive understanding of regional and international KYB regulations.
• Knowledge of ultimate beneficial ownership structures, corporate registries, AML directives, and competitive landscapes.
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and matrix-management abilities.
• Established capability to influence internal executive teams and external enterprise clients.
• Advanced proficiency in sales analytics and market intelligence frameworks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, including Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Remote-first, trust-based work culture.
